Richard was a fantastic agent. He was very responsive and communicated well every step of the way. There were a few snags with the property and seller from the inspection report but he helped me navigate it well. I have some past experiences in buying homes and this experience was relatively hassle free. His recommendations to move forward were not “get the deal done” recommendations. They were great blends of what was most beneficial to me and what the seller would reasonably entertain. I will use him again in the future to buy other investment property and would recommend him to others as well.
Richard and his team can make things happen. He always has the best interest of his clients and will work hard for them. My experience was great! I didn't have to ask for much for him to go above and beyond to get me the best possible outcome in all ends with the purchase of my first home. I have a lot of realtor friends but I only refer people to Mr. Gonzales because of his work ethic and integrity with his clients. He has the kind of personality that can draw almost anyone in. I look forward to working with him again in the future should I ever need a regulator again.
