Before stepping into real estate, John spent seven years as a full-time live streamer and content creator, where he built a supportive community centered on personal growth, mindset, and connection. His work reached thousands of viewers from all over the world, many of whom experienced meaningful, life-changing improvements through the conversations, guidance, and real-time support he provided. Helping people navigate challenges, build confidence, improve their health, and create stronger lives taught him how to listen deeply, communicate with clarity and empathy, and understand what people truly need, qualities that now shape every client relationship he builds in real estate.

Born and raised in Albuquerque, John has a strong connection to New Mexico and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Earlier in his career, he worked with one of the state’s largest real estate investment companies, where he was part of a team responsible for redeveloping and improving more than 100 homes in a single year. The experience taught him how to evaluate property potential, spot opportunities, and support clients with a grounded, analytical approach.

He is known for his patience, thorough research, and ability to simplify complex decisions, helping clients feel confident and cared for throughout the buying or selling process.
